The Panel of the Ethics Review Board Meeting will hold a meeting in the Municipal Plaza Building B Room beginning at 6:00 PM. Once convened, the Panel of the Ethics Review Board Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the Panel of the Ethics Review Board Meeting shall consider the following:
 
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
 
1.
Discussion and possible action regarding a petition for declaratory ruling and waiver filed by Mr. Jeff Harvey.
2.
Discussion and possible action regarding an ethics complaint filed by Annette H. Brewster against Ron Nirenberg.
At any time during the meeting, the Panel of the Ethics Review Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
