The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 - Inner City Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in the Cliff Morton Development and Business Services Center, 1901 S. Alamo, Room 62, San Antonio, TX 78204 beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 - Inner City Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Approval of Minutes

Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes from the May 7, 2021 TIRZ #11 Inner City board meeting.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Discussion and possible action to approve the negotiation and execution of a Development Agreement between the City of San Antonio and Terrafirma Homes, Inc, for an amount not to exceed $900,000 for public improvements for MLK Place.
Discussion and possible action to approve the negotiation and execution of an Agreement between the City of San Antonio and Department of Human Services for an amount not to exceed $11,922,500 for a Feasibility Study and capital improvements at Ella Austin Community Center.
Discussion and possible action to approve the negotiation and execution of an Agreement between the City of San Antonio and Center City Development and Operations Department for an amount not to exceed $3,387,500 for WiFi & Security Cameras and capital improvements at La Villita.
Discussion and possible action to approve a grant up to $890,000 to the City of San Antonio for the Affordable Housing Fund, to be earmarked for the Hidden Jewel Housing Revitalization Project at the Roseville Apartments Senior Affordable Housing.
Discussion and possible action to approve the negotiation and execution of a First Amendment to the Development Agreement for the Williams Historical National Museum for an amount not to exceed $50,000.
Discussion and possible action to approve the negotiation and execution of a Development Agreement between City of San Antonio and VCSH AV Holdco, LLC for an amount not to exceed $1,545,000 for public improvements for The Andy Project.
Discussion and possible action to approve the negotiation and execution of a Development Agreement between City of San Antonio and Grayson Heights, LLC for an amount not to exceed $2,100,000 for public improvements for the Grayson Heights Project.
Discussion and possible action to approve the negotiation and execution of a Development Agreement between City of San Antonio and Wong Way, LLC for an amount not to exceed $1,100,000 for public improvements for the construction of the new Rosario's Restaurant.
At any time during the regular meeting, the Board may meet in Executive Session for consultation Texas Government Code. Additionally under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development).
