The Housing Commission Special Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the VIA Board Room 1021 San Pedro beginning at 11:30 AM. Once convened, the Housing Commission Special Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
 
1.
Briefing and possible action related to the development of guiding principles for use as an evaluation framework for the proposed 2022-2027 Housing Bond a presentation by Commissioners who drafted the evaluation framework. [Verónica R. Soto, Director, Neighborhood and Housing Services Department]
2.
Briefing and possible action related to the formation of a Removing Barriers to Affordable Housing Development subcommittee of the Housing Commission including the subcommittee’s purpose, charge, and composition [Verónica R. Soto, Director, Neighborhood and Housing Services Department]
3.
Meet and greet with San Antonio’s new Chief Housing Officer, Mark Carmona [Verónica R. Soto, Director, Neighborhood and Housing Services Department]
At any time during the meeting, the Housing Commission Special Meeting may meet in executive session by videoconference for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
