The Disability Access Advisory Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Carver Library 3350 E. Commerce beginning at 3:00 PM. Once convened, the Disability Access Advisory Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the Disability Access Advisory Committee shall consider the following:

Emergency Preparedness Conversation with James Mendoza, Ashley Carter and Leslie Antunez (Community Outreach Coordinator) with the Office of Emergency Management

Disability Access Advisory Member/ Disability Access Office updates

The next meeting will be held on Monday, November 8 at 3:00 PM. Location TBD.
At any time during the meeting, the Disability Access Advisory Committee may meet in executive session by videoconference for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

This meeting site is wheelchair accessible. The Accessible Entrance is located at the Municipal Plaza Building / Main Plaza Entrance.
