The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 32 - Mission Drive-In Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower, 100 W. Houston St., 9th Floor Conference Room 09.W505, San Antonio, TX 78205 beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 32 - Mission Drive-In Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Once a quorum is established, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 32 – Mission Drive-In Board of Directors shall consider the following:
Public Comments
1.
Citizens may sign up to make public comments for, against, or on any item on the agenda.
Approval of Minutes
2.
Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes of the April 28, 2021 TIRZ #32 Mission Drive-In board meeting.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
3.
Discussion and possible action to approve a First Amendment to the Funding Agreement to extend the project completion date for the Mission Road Sidewalk Connectivity Project.
Discussion and possible action to approve a First Amendment to the Development Agreement to establish a new commencement date and completion date of the Nicha’s Comida Mexicana Project.
At any time during the regular meeting, the Board may meet in Executive Session for consultation concerning Attorney-client matters on items listed on this Agenda under Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Additionally, under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development).
