The Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board - Building Codes Committee will hold its regular meeting in the 1901 S. Alamo beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board - Building Codes Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Vote to add new members to the Building Codes Committee
Discussion of Chapter 10 Section 10-115 of the City Code "Residential building and home improvement contractor registrations” and other areas of Chapter 10 pertaining to the registration of residential building and home improvement contractors, and propose changes for these sections
Discussion of Chapter 10 Sections 10-119,and 10-120 of the City Code "Demolition contractor registration" and "Registered house mover."; and other areas of Chapter 10 pertaining to the registration of demolition and house moving contractors, and propose changes for these sections
At any time during the meeting, the Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board - Building Codes Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
