To protect the health of the public and limit the potential spread of COVID-19, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors will hold this meeting beginning at 1:00 PM via videoconference on the date listed above. These meeting standards are based upon the various suspended provisions of the Open Meetings Act issued by the Texas governor in response to the COVID-19 crisis. These modified standards shall remain in place until further notice or until the state disaster declaration expires, or is otherwise terminated by the Texas Governor. Once convened, the Board shall consider the following matters for discussion and possible action:

4. Board action to authorize an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Education Service Center, Region 20 to increase the contract amount by $121,800.00 to a contract value not to exceed $283,897.50, and extend the term of the contract to August 31, 2022 with three additional one-year renewal options. 5. Board action to approve the purchase of required insurance from the recommended companies Hartford, Philadelphia, and a company to be determined for Pre-K 4 SA Property, Student Incident, and General Liability insurance, respectively, for the North, South, East, and West Education Centers with a total premium of approximately $150,000.00 annually through July 1, 2023 for a total amount not to exceed $300,000.00; the City of San Antonio provides coverage meeting the Workers' Compensation requirement. Executive Session
At any time during the meeting, the Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation may recess into executive session to consult with its attorney (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) to deliberate or discuss any of the following:
8. Legal and contractual issues related to real estate pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
9. Board consideration and action on a resolution authorizing the CEO, or her designee, to execute a renewal of the leases of the following properties: 1235 Enrique M.
