The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 33 - Northeast Corridor Board of Directors - CANCELED will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower Building, 100 W. Houston Street, 7th Floor Large Conference Room (07.E103), San Antonio, TX 78205 beginning at 11:00 AM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 33 - Northeast Corridor Board of Directors - CANCELED will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Once a quorum is established, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 33 Northeast Corridor Board of Directors shall consider the following:

Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #33 - Northeast Corridor Meeting Minutes from February 9, 2021
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Discussion and possible action to approve the Development Agreement between the Board of Directors of the Northeast Corridor TIRZ #33, the City of San Antonio, the Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan Wonderland for an amount not to exceed $120,185 for San Antonio Water System (SAWS) fees.
At any time during the regular meeting, the Board may meet in Executive Session for consultation concerning Attorney-client matters on items listed on this Agenda under Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Additionally, under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development).
