Discussion and action to approve the meeting minutes from the following Small Business Advisory Commission Meetings: November 17, 2021; November 29, 2021; December 4, 2021; December 20, 2021; January 11, 2022; and January 24, 2022.
Briefing and discussion on the approved spending framework for the allocation of Local Fiscal Recovery Funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act and reallocation of funds from the Recovery and Resiliency Program.
Discussion and possible action to determine modalities of assistance to small businesses in the focus categories as funds are made available, to include grant assistance.
